“Lois’ Cottage” is named in honor of Lois Weidner for her dedication to the Center since its inception – and we think this playhouse does her proud!
Every child and parent who visits TryLife Center loves our new play area! This cheery, life-sized playhouse cottage is the center of attention in our client area, created especially for clients and their children, ages one and above. There’s fun waiting to happen everywhere you look! Interactive walls inside include toss and throw, hide-and-seek memory boxes, a big chalkboard, a Lego wall, games, puzzles, toys and more. There’s even an age-appropriate library where reading stories happen every day and children have the opportunity to earn story books to take home.
Lois’ Cottage was paid for by a generous grant from the R.K. Mellon Foundation, specifically intended to create a safe place for our little ones to be while mom and dad are taking classes at the Center. But we need your help to maintain it, so please consider buying a brick to support Lois’ Cottage and to grow this fun-filled space for every child who visits TryLife Center.
You’re invited to an Open House, April 25, 2:00, with a dedication service for Lois’ Cottage at 2:30p.m.
Come visit Lois’ Cottage soon. We think you’ll love it as much as we do!
